Apache 24HR Wrecker

Fairly new wrecker company located in the small town of Savanna Oklahoma. Is anyone else having trouble getting the titles on vehicles after submitting paperwork? I've had vehicles ready and waiting for more than 60 days now. Just wanted to know if this was happening everywhere or if I need to take a look at how the paperwork is being done.........
