How common of a practice is it in the towing industry to have different rates for weekends, "After hours" and weather related? Your feedback would be very helpful. The reason for the question is when our customers set their rates on our platform (Which they can change anytime), should we set up a place for their variable rates that may occur regularly to make it easier? I prefer black too. I think my boss bought a bunch of blue. I have to course correct that, when able.

So today my team and I were brainstorming on what Swag or give sways we should acquire for the Florida Tow show. I figured I would go straight to our intended audience and ask. What were some swag or freebies you remember most? Any and all suggestions are welcome. Thank you!

Curbside SOS is a digital platform that connects motorists in need with roadside assistance. We are believers in the free market. Allowing tow companies to set their own pricing. Also allowing the motorists to choose whoever is closer or less expensive or combination thereof, if more than one tow company bids for the job. There are no contracts and we do not charge the tow companies on our platform any fee. We do however charge the motorist a modest fee. So the tow company keeps what they charge. The payment processing company, Stripe, we work with charges a fee. As we scale that percentage will be lowered.
