Spn0091 Fmi= 7 mechanical system not responding spn 91 accelerator pedal position

I’ve got a 2002 International 7400 with the DT530 and auto transmission the engine light came on today after I used the truck to move a trailer around my house I was rewiring the trailer plug and plugging it back in to test function. After I got the plug done I went to move the truck/trailer and a engine light came on and now it won’t go above idle. any thoughts/suggestions as to what this could be? I’ll add vin and try to get the codes ran and added tomorrow. Any help is greatly appreciated! Vin is IHTWHADT12j048586
