You have to have an inspection, if anyone out of state tows into your state they are required to have an inspection by your towing coordinator. No way around it. If a company picks up in and out of your state, they have to have an operating authority also. Montana has something similar I am told and investigating

My understanding is that any towing company coming into the state will have to be inspected by WY and meet your towing regs before being allowed to tow into the state. I have a call into WY, waiting to hear back.

Hello, Can anyone tell me what is going on in WY? You now have to have your truck certified in that state if you plan on towing anything there? is that correct? Angela

APTRA along with the National Towing Foundation will be hosting a webinar on Friday, April 3, at 10AM MST President of the National Towing Foundation and Associate Member of APTRA, Veronica Archer (Alerus Financial) will be presenting this webinar on SBA Loans. The important part is there is a grant within loan that if you qualify for the loan, (which you don't have to accept) you would receive the grant that does not have to be paid back.
