  1. Preference is to stay in Florida , however we would consider Southern Georgia. Atlanta would be further from Florida then we would like to move. Recently parted ways with a major towing company, it was myself and my family that made this decision. I never would put others down as I have been the past few months. I now need to build myself up again and there has to be a company that is in need of a heavy tow operator. If relocating I need something soon in order to enroll the kids in school next year. My family has been my rock and very supportive, any company looking to hire needs to know I do anything for family. I work long hours to provide for them. I will not be abused, I get approved for time off then it should be honored. I know this industry has always had an issue with this, the company was not like this until they brought a new manager in. Any other Tow Operators relate to this or is it just myself going through this.... ??? Company Owners even if you're not in my area do you have any advise?
  2. With the use of HAAS Alert Safety Cloud, Guardian Fleet Services sent out ~330,000 alerts to drivers in September, informing them to slow down and move over while our fleet is on the scene. The partnership with HAAS is a great way to teach the public about the Slow Down, Move Over Law and helps us protect one of our greatest assets - our tow operators. Please join us in celebrating this milestone!
  3. Driver appreciation week is a time to reflect on how much your team means to you. During this special week, we want to acknowledge our towing professionals who work in dangerous conditions, in all kinds of weather, at all hours of the day, and even on holidays. We would not be where we are without you so, THANK YOU!
  4. Guardian Fleet Services is proud to announce that we equipped our trucks with HAAS Alert’s Safety Cloud® - a collision prevention service that alerts other drivers on the road that an emergency vehicle has their lights on and is on scene. This alerting system gives drivers ample time to make a safe decision to move over, which can reduce the risk of a collision by up to 90%. Here in Florida, we know that the state’s move over law saves lives when it is adhered to, and this service is just another way for drivers to follow the law and be more aware on the road. To receive these alerts, you can use the Waze app and Apple Maps for free on most mobile devices or through the infotainment systems of many newer-model vehicles using Ford Sync, Apple CarPlay, and Android Auto. Safety Cloud also recently expanded to millions of newer models of Dodge, Jeep, Ram, Chrysler, and Alfa Romeo vehicles through a partnership with global automaker Stellantis, with even more vehicles being added soon. We cannot wait to see HAAS Alert’s Safety Cloud in action in the coming months to make the roads of Florida a safer place for our operators, motorists and first responders.
