Andrew said "Keep the clutch disengaged."
The engine won't be turning but likely requires someone to be in the vehicle.
ALL of the axles must removed to avoid damage to the differential "spider" gears and any limited slip mechanism.

Thanks for the reminders AND the holiday wishes, and a Merry Christmas and a Happy and prosperous New Year to You and all on TowForce.

Quest finally paid all but 7.14 of what they owed me. I'll call that close enough but they are still on credit card up front.

Probably could have cut it but still wo-uld have needed to LIFT to get off the posts.

Interesting email from Questx today, they are adding a "fuel" surcharge AND working to get "back"services paid.
They are STILL c.o.d. as far as I am concerned, even tho I should accept their po's

Steep down hill. 55 speed limit. 65-70 not unlikely.
Sorry no recovery pics

At approximately 12:30 on a sunny Tuesday afternoon I received a call from the Keene PD to respond to the scene of a vehicle crash on Rt9 West. The officer on scene requested I bring 2 trucks because the car was under the guardrail.
Because I am a one-man operation, I called Rob at Bob’s West Swanzey Garage to bring his wrecker to assist. The first attempt to recover the car by just pulling it from beneath the guardrail was unsuccessful because in addition to being under the rail it was also hooked over the fenceposts that it had dislodged on its way to its stopping place. If you look closely at the front-end picture, you can see the tie-down loop hooked over the post.
At this point Rob backed his truck in at about 90 degrees to the guardrail & car and lifted the front of the car enough so that I could winch it out from under the rail and onto my flatbed for transportation to my yard.
Thankfully the driver was not seriously injured in the crash and stated that a mechanical issue had pulled the car off the road and under the guardrail.
For a small operation it is good to have friends who, even though they are competitors, are willing to help occasionally when needed.

The BBB site indicates "BBB does not handle business to business complaints for collection purposes. We suggest you try small claims court or contact an attorney."

Miranda Bennett <miranda.bennett@questsoftware.com> This lady is the accounts payable manager according to my rep.
Michelle Medina <michelle.medina@questsoftware.com> This lady is the assistant.
Are they the contacts you were given? They did eventually get us caught.
Yes, they are both the ones I have been sending requests to.

Rep says contact payment manager which I have done.
No response yet.

I have not kept track of that. Not much yet but still too much.

Thanks for the feedback. They have not been calling so no new charges. Credit card only at this time.

They owe me for 5 from last year and the comment is I'll send your payment as soon as I can (a month ago).

They finally sent a direct deposit. Will definitely consider BOTH issues.

Thanks Chuck. I realize that I did wrong and will NEVER do one again without running the card first.

On Wednesday January 19, 2022 I took a tow call for Agero-Swoop with what I consider a sizable payout and a credit card for reimbursement. I paid the other tower, did the tow, then ran the card for reimbursement (my bad, should have run the card first). CARD DECLINED.
Called and got another authorization, DECLINED. For 7 days got at least one new authorization each day, DECLINED. On Wednesday January 26, 2022 I was told that they have authorized a direct deposit to my account which has not arrived as of today January 28,2022.
When I called about this today I was transferred to a division that has nothing to do with this issue and put on terminal hold.
My hope by posting here is that someone at Agero-Swoop is looking at this site and will reply with a good useable call-back # because I would like to have my money back SOON.
Thanks.

Get that Interstate / cross street with no access also. usually far enough away that I refuse it anyway.
Recently getting call from them 40 to 70 miles away on a regular basis. Same call several times over several hours.

That frame ripping is what happens when you put hooks in holes that were NOT designed for tiedowns.
