Updated, April 15, 2022 - Allen Madison passed today. ------------------------------------------------------------------ Thoughts & Prayers for Allen Madison, Suburban Towing, Louisville, Ky. Suburban Towing family of past and present , we ask if you will join us in lifting up in your thoughts and prayers one of our own. Allen Madison. Allen started with Suburban Towing around the early 80’s, he left for a short time and came back to work with us until he retired in 2014. Allen is currently battling an aggressive cancer and is hospitalized. If you could show Allen some love, I’m sure he would love to hear your comments!

Our Century 5130-T800 Kenworth Sleeper received a new makeover this week! (Blue paint for boom coming soon!) We hope seeing this pink truck out on the Louisville roads will remind all about the importance of early detection and how it can save lives.

US Nationals 2020- We were so blessed to be a participant in the 2020 JEGS All Stars! Unfortunately we lost second round, but the honor of being a Div3 rep was amazing. Todd Frantz won SS GT/DA class and drove our ‘32 Bantam comp car into the semi finals! (We made it to the big screen on Fox in rd 4) We are proud of Joshua Decker making it into rd 5 with our GT/FA Super Stock car! Congrats to all winners this year, especially the Emmons brothers! Very unusual Indy this year on top of several driver errors we wished we could’ve avoided, but the weather was perfect and we leave knowing we have another day! Thanks to our crew, family and friends for their support at the track! This by far was one of our best wheel stands to date!

Irvin Johns started Suburban Wrecker Service in 1969 with a used ‘63 Chevy 1 ton wrecker painted orange and white. A short time later, Irvin hired Bill Bogard who continued to work with Irvin 47 years until Bill’s retirement in 2017! Suburban Towing survived through the years with the help of loyal employees like Bill and many others, hardworking family members, and awesome customers! Today we have over 100 pieces of equipment to handle our customer’s needs. 2018 Irvin and Gina created an ESOP as a way of rewarding our loyal employees for their retirement. Cheers and thank you for 50 great years!
