From the "Are You Kidding Me Files", Quite possibly ... this is the dumbest reason for someone to lose their life ... A tower is shot and killed by a neighbor after being sprayed with a garden hose. Unbelievable. More than likely, there's been some bad blood long before this occurrance.   R.

Sheriff Joe Lopinto said in a press briefing Lee 'Big Lee' Martin was outside watering his palm trees when Higgins was leaving his residence in his vehicle. Lopinto said Lee took the hose and sprayed at the vehicle, which prompted Higgins to stop and roll down his window.

Officials say Lee then sprayed the inside of the vehicle. Higgins got out of the vehicle and shot Lee one time in the side, the sheriff's office said. Lee was pronounced dead at the scene.  

Higgins remains in custody. He is charged with second-degree homicide
