TT In The Woods...Storm Aftermath...

Got a call the other day for a truck "stuck in the snow". They gave us an address for a warehouse in the industrial park which is a customer of ours so we figured it was stuck in the lot. Told them it starts at a "Nickel" and they approve so I dropped the truck I was towing & headed there. Came down the road & saw this...started to laugh...and explained to the driver that the quoted number was all gone...

 

 

He said it wasn't wrecked...looks wrecked to me?

 

 

Ran lines to the rear & side to bring it out sideways a little, alongside the wrecker. I used my medium to drag the steer axle up the bank since I wouldn't be able to steer it in the deep snow.

 

 

Once it passed the wrecker, I moved the lines to a rimsling on the drive axle...

 

 

Recovered it back to the road, cleaned up the mess & towed it back to the shop.

 

 

 

Got paid...to the 8th power...and the guy drove it away!
