Energy drinks and potato chips might do the trick for an hour or two, but to sustain the energy you need to keep up your productivity, you’ll want to consider some healthy options. Don’t worry, kale chips and quinoa aren’t the only health foods. Try out a few of these quick bites when you’re feeling a little sluggish before a big job.

• Turkey Roll-Ups: These take a little more planning, but they’re certainly worth it. Grab some turkey, your favorite sliced cheese, and a dab of light mayo. Wrap it all up in a spinach tortilla, and you have a healthy snack to keep you running strong. Pair it with apples, bananas, and peanut butter to turn it into an energy boosting lunch.

Getting things in order and breaking the habit of tossing papers up on the dash might take a while, but it’s worth the effort to have a clean truck and to stop wasting time digging around for that lost invoice.
